Q. Can I customize my tree or order in a different colour?
A. Currently we don't customize our trees, we only have the 21 models that are advertised and they are only available in the colours displayed.
Q: I have a big heavy cat, what trees would you suggest?
A: If its a single cat then we suggest the Montreal Cat tree as its very sturdy and has large platforms that are close together making it easy to climb. For multiple big heavy cats we suggest the Vancouver or Halifax Cat Condo.
Q: Do you have parts available for your trees?
A: We do have some parts available, but we don't have a full parts department, all parts are $ 12.00 each plus $ 15.00 flat rate expedited shipping plus your provincial sales taxes.
Q: I don’t have a paypal account or any major credit cards, how can I order a tree?

Q: Do you offer a monthly payment plan?
